So yaknow just minding my own business doing my upper power today, and then this old guy asks me to work in. So im like okay i have two sets left, let me finish this set. Okay, first of all, theres another EZ-Bar and completely untouched so i guess he probably wanted to use the preacher curl chair. So i was like uh ok.

So i finish my set, this NIGGA OVER HERE, he slaps on some weight onto my bar and hes like “ok, i was watching your form and i noticed you were going to slow on the lowering of the bar, you have to go really fast up and bring it down fast so your muscles can retract really quickly and become stronger, youre going to slow youre not going to build any muscle”.

I know that it might seem horrible since I love my dog Jessi and other dogs too, but I DIDN’T EAT A PET!

I must confess, at first I had that moment of, oh my, I’m going to eat dog meat :( But it was actually really good…like really tender beef… 

Why do Koreans eat dog on the extremely hot days of summer (Dog Days of Summer):

1. It gives you stamina

2. The soup is really spicy so you get really hot and sweaty and then the temp outside doesn’t seem as hot…fight heat with heat theory…

How to eat: First, slices of dog come out on green onions and you dip it in a red sauce and eat it with the green onions, this section comes with a side of, I think it was some sort of green onion, soup. Then comes the main dish which is the dog soup. And you eat it with rice. It’s almost exactly like 육개장 which is a beef version.
